About Australian Alliance
You may notice that Australian Alliance Ecommerce is a recently registered business name.
That's because Australian Alliance Ecommerce is a new brand created specifically for our ecommerce education, business-building and mentoring services.
Prior to launching Australian Alliance Ecommerce, we operated through The Promo Co and have been involved in ecommerce, online business, marketing and business development for many years.
As the ecommerce side of the business grew, we made the decision to separate it into its own dedicated brand so clients had a clearer understanding of exactly what we specialise in.
So while the Australian Alliance Ecommerce name itself is new, the experience, systems and people behind it are not.
We're happy to be completely transparent about that, and clients are welcome to ask us about our background, previous projects and how the business has evolved.
It's simple — we want you to know exactly who you're in business with.
A Pty Ltd company can have directors, shareholders, changing ownership and multiple layers between the customer and the people actually responsible for delivering the service.
Having "Pty Ltd" after a business name does not automatically tell you who is personally standing behind your experience or who you will actually be dealing with day to day.
We have deliberately kept Australian Alliance Ecommerce personally accountable.
When you deal with us, you know who you are dealing with. You know who is responsible for building your business, who is mentoring you, who you can speak to when you need help, and who is accountable for the service you receive.
There is no corporate maze and no passing responsibility from one department to another.
You know exactly who is behind Australian Alliance Ecommerce.
And when your business starts hitting its milestones and celebrating its wins, you also know exactly who will be there celebrating them with you.
Our business structure may change as Australian Alliance grows, but that direct accountability will not.
Getting Started
No. Our clients come from all kinds of backgrounds and many have never run an online business before. The model is built around professional setup plus structured training and mentoring, so you learn as you go rather than needing to arrive as an expert.
Once you're enrolled we begin building your foundations straight away, while guiding you through each stage of the journey.
It's a genuine conversation about your goals, the type of business that may suit you, the investment involved and whether Australian Alliance is the right fit — no obligation.
The Business Build
Yes. Australian Alliance professionally builds the ecommerce foundations included in your selected package, so you're not starting from a blank storefront.
That's exactly why we build the technical foundations for you. You focus on learning how to operate and grow the business, not on figuring out how to build a website from scratch.
No — specific features and deliverables vary by the package you select. We'll walk through exactly what's included for you on your strategy session.
Products & Suppliers
Product foundations are sourced from trusted Australian suppliers, according to the package you choose.
Depending on the model and package, dropshipping can reduce or remove the need to hold large amounts of stock yourself — third-party suppliers can fulfil orders directly to your customers.
Yes. Once you understand how the store and supplier systems work, expanding or adjusting your catalogue is part of building the business over time.
Training
Structured, step-by-step ecommerce training covering how to operate your store, manage products and listings, and market the business.
Yes — training lives in a members area you can work through at your own pace, alongside one-on-one mentoring support.

An AI-assisted mentor you can turn to for day-to-day questions as you operate and grow your business, complementing your one-on-one mentoring.
Ecommerce & Dropshipping
No — like any real business, results depend on effort, decisions and market conditions. We don't promise guaranteed income or overnight success; we provide the foundations, education and support that make it easier to build something real.
Yes. Many clients build their business alongside existing work and gradually grow it around their commitments.
Ongoing Costs
Running any ecommerce business involves some ongoing costs (things like hosting, apps or advertising, depending on how you choose to grow it). We're upfront about this on your strategy session rather than leaving it a surprise.
Ownership
Yes. You own and operate the business. Australian Alliance builds the foundations and teaches you how to run and grow it — we don't operate it on your behalf on an ongoing basis.
Marketing
Yes — marketing training is part of the structured training and mentoring, covering how to promote your store and reach customers.
Support
One-on-one mentoring, our AI Business Mentor, and ongoing learning resources in your members area — you're not left to figure it out alone.
